2011 WASE International Conference on Information Engineering (ICIE 2011) will be held on Aug. 13-14, 2011, Xi’an,
China. The 3rd WASE ICIE aims to bring together researchers and scientists from academia, industry, and government
laboratories to present new results and identify future research directions in data, information, and knowledge engineering. It
continues to focus on the newly scientific discovery and implementation in all relevant aspects of information technologies,
information systems and management, which enables an enterprise to improve the management and efficiency of its
resources, including capital, people and information systems, to support the achievement of its business vision.

Paper Submission:
Complete manuscripts in Word or PDF must be electronically submitted to the conference website: The manuscript must follow IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font
in the text. The maximum manuscript length is six (6) pages. All figures, tables, references, etc. are included in the page limit.
