Of these persons, we are making plans around 25 attending. A strict adherence therefore to the
time table for preparations (as already spelt out) will help determine effective participation and
involvement. If your name is not on the list above but you sent and email or SMS at the time
stated, kindly resend your application with evidence of the initial attempt to register.

Also, the club has mandated each of the above persons to pay a levi of N100, 000.00 towards
the show. This amount will cover:
     Return Economy Air ticket
     SA Visa fee
     Feeding for 5 days
     Accommodation for 5 days
     Publicity
     Security
     Show expenses/over heads

Obviously, the amount requested is insufficient per person when compared to the demands of
the show in Johannesburg. The aim however, is to raise money from sponsors, a support team
headed by Bola-Law (Olomo) and a N3, 000, 000.00 contribution from SOD Takes 2! Keep all
fingers crossed.

It is important for settling cast early and producing a quality show that we adhere strictly to the
criteria for participation as outlined below:
      1. CF dues must be paid to date (October 2009 – February 2010).
      2. Each member is to raise N100, 000.00 for the trip
      3. Must attend a minimum 80% of all meetings and practices. Meaning, you may miss only
         1 out of every 5 meetings/rehearsals/practices.
      4. Registrants must participate in Better Dancing sessions at least once a week and the
Dance Motion USA week coming up from March 6-13th (details with Mrs. Funke
         Sodade).
      5. International Passport numbers are to be submitted by February 20, 2010.
      6. N50, 000 of your expected N100, 000 is to be paid by March 1, 2010.
Remaining N50, 000 payments is to be made N25, 000 by March 15 and N25, 000 by March 30.

Look forward to blessing the nations and changing our world with the Good News of Jesus Christ
as told in dance.

Thank you and God bless.
