Coffs Coast Conferences
Coffs Coast Conferences is the business tourism arm of Coffs
Coast Marketing. It is the region’s official source of information on
organising conferences, meetings, incentives and seminars. Being
part of Coffs Harbour City Council means we provide most of our
services free of charge.

One aspect of what we do is to provide a complete overview of
Coffs Coast conferencing and event facilities and operators, saving
event organisers time and effort sourcing this information from
separate providers.

When you contact Coffs Coast Conferences for assistance in
planning your event, we will arrange personalised introductions to
local event venues, support services and key personnel. We will
introduce you to business tourism products and services available
on Coffs Coast and can manage pre/post-touring activities on your
behalf.

Selecting your ideal meeting venue is one of the most critical and important tasks in the planning process and attempting to recall the many
aspects of each venue can be difficult. The following Worksheet is provided as a guide and may assist in determining the most appropriate
venue for your event. Simply rate each aspect on a scale of 1-5 (see scale below), skipping over areas of no relevance to the success of your
event, then add up the total at the end. The list is not exhaustive and does not take into account costs or detailed reference to leisure facilities.
