 Kelly G. Richardson

 He currently serves as a Settlement Officer in the Glendale and Pasadena Superior
 Courthouses and is a judicial arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
 Mr. Richardson is licensed to practice before all California state and local federal
 jurisdictions, and is a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar, Los Angeles
 County and Pasadena Bar Associations, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.

 Prior to founding Richardson & Harman, PC Mr. Richardson was a Partner in the
 Pasadena law firm of Barker & Richardson.

 Mr. Richardson attended the University of California at Riverside as a National Merit
 Scholar, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He obtained
 his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California.

 He is active in local community affairs, serving on the boards of churches, a private
 school and the Pasadena Salvation Army, as well as participating for eleven years in a
 weekly homeless outreach in Pasadena.
