      •      Rods on the cells

      •      Can look like HSIL, but nuclei not so big and still regular in contour.

      •      High NC ratio, irregular nuclei
10.       E Tubal metaplasia
      •      Ciliated cells in a pap smear can be metaplastic ciliated metaplasia.
