3 Have you always wanted to be able to email your invoices? Now you can! Reports in Version 13
can be exported as a PDF format. When you see the print preview of an invoice you would like to
send, click on the export tool, . Choose the PDF format and click ok.

Next you will see an Export Options box. Choose ‘All’ or the range you want to export and click ok.
Finally, you will be asked where you want to save the file. If you choose ‘All’ they will all be saved
in one document. Make sure you select the correct invoice to be saved.
