I, Christopher Magri, Minister for Commerce and Industry, under section 50 of the Road Traffic Act 1982, close that part
of the road specified in the Schedule to all vehicular traffic on Sunday 2 August 2009 for the period of time specified in
the Schedule.

                 INTERPRETATION PLAN FOR KINGSTON AND ARTHUR’S VALE HISTORIC AREA
The Administration of Norfolk Island invites tenders for the planning, design, preparation and implementation of an
Interpretation Plan for the Kingston and Arthur’s Vale Historic Area (KAVHA). The Plan will need to address visitor
experiences and expectations as well as the local community’s continuing daily uses of the Historic Area. It will be of a
standard suitable for a place of Territory, National and potential World heritage significance.

to the Chief Executive Officer about the above Development Application. All submissions must state the relevant

Reviewable decisions
A decision made on this DA by the executive member under subsections 44(7) and 44(8) of the Planning Act 2002 is a
reviewable decision within the meaning of subsection 78(1) of the Act.
