中国科学院上海生命科学研究院计算生物学研究所（中国科学院－德国马普

学会计算生物学伙伴研究所）是由中国科学院和德国马普学会共建的一个非营利

性研究机构。该研究所借鉴马普学会研究所的运行和管理模式。研究所致力于构

筑理论与实验相结合的研究平台，以数学和统计学为基础探索生物科学中的重大

问题，以及人才培养。自成立一年多来，研究所已取得了很多成绩。现因工作需

要，面向社会公开招聘以下岗位人才：
CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology (PICB), Shanghai Institutes for
Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences is a non-profit research institution
jointly supported by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Max-Planck Society of
Germany. By adopting operation mechanism of Max-Planck institute, the Institute is
endeavored to build a platform combined by theoretical and experimental research,
explore key issues in the field of biological sciences on basis of mathematics and
statistics, and educate young scientists in the field of computational biology. Much has
been achieved since PICB was established almost one year ago. We have open positions
for:

一、UNIX 系统维护人员 1 名/Unix System Technical Support

1. 大学及以上学历，3 年及以上相关工作经验，英语流利

2. 熟悉 Linux 或者 MAC OS 10 以上操作系统, 具有 Linux (RHCE/RHCP)证书优先.

3. 熟悉 UNIX/LINUX 操作系统. 熟悉 UNIX 环境下科学计算和软件编译安装

4. 深入了解 LDAP 目录设置,绑定. Mac OS X 及 Linux 服务器设置. 熟悉网络和系统管理,

深入了解 UNIX 网络服务器架设和管理. 熟悉防火墙技术, 掌握系统安全和系统监控.
5. 熟悉 UNIX 群集技术, 对 SGE 和 LSF 群集引擎有相当了解.

6. 具有复杂环境下多平台数据备份恢复经验.

1. University graduate or above, has 3 years working experience, speak fluent English
2. Experienced in working under Mac OS X or Linux system, Mac or Red Hat Linux certificated
(RHCE/RHCP) preferred
3. Familiar with software deployment and compiling for scientific computation under UNIX
environment.
4. Experienced in managing LDAP directory set and bind. Familiar with Network and System
administration. In-depth knowledge with administrating UNIX Mail Service and mail filtering
technique. Understand how to setup firewall and upgrade system security.
5. Familiar with Unix Cluster management, experienced with SGE or PBS grid engine. Be able to
deploy and port bioinformatics software into distributed environment.
6. Experienced in recovering and restoring data under cross-platforms environment.

二、Web 数据库程序编写人员 1 名/ Web and Database Developer

1. 大专及以上学历，2 年及以上相关工作经验，英语流利

2. 熟悉一种以上大型数据库

3. 熟悉 Perl 编程语言和高级系统脚本语言, Python

4. 熟悉动态网页技术及 Java, XML 熟悉 J2EE 架构.

5. 熟悉 Tomcat 和 JSP 程序发布

6. 具有实际网站建设和开发能力

1. College graduate or above, has 2 years working experience, speak fluent English
2. Familiar with at least one of the large scale database
3. Familiar with Perl /Shell script, Python language
4. Familiar with HTML programming. Be able to analyze with UML tool and program with Perl,
Java, XML language.
5. Be able to develop and deploy programs on Tomcat applications server.
