					Course syllabus
1 Course description
In this course you will be introduced to the basics of business start
up, and furthermore, internet marketing. You will learn how to
transform your idea into money and how to benefit from running
your own online business. You will have lectures on motivation and
opportunities for starting up a business, followed by mobile
technologies and social media and their impact in building a
successful e-project. During the course, you will have the chance to
listen to few winning stories from the real business world.

Wednesday 4th July
       lecture: Overview on the whole process of starting a
        business and running it. Deciding when is the market
        atmosphere positive. Keeping up with the existing
        companies. Benefitting from online marketing

       Expected outcome: Getting a basic idea about the very
        starting point of an online business, and how they can do it
        most efficiently.

Thursday 5th July
       lecture: Turning your idea into business. Problems and
        obstacles for beginners. Competition. Financial matter. E-
        commerce.

       Expected outcome: Learning how to manage the problems
        during their start-up and using online tools for surpassing
        those problems.

Monday 9th July
       lecture: Using mobile and social technologies in creation of a
        successfull e-project

       Expected outcome: Learning the benefits from the use of
        mobile and social technologies, and how they can help the
        business spread.
Tuesday 10th July
      lecture: Opportunities given by online marketing. Using
       online marketing in start-up. Profiting.

      Expected outcome: Learning how to use online marketing
       for self – promotion, doing it efficiently and smart.

Wednesday 11th July
      lecture: Short guidelines in creating a web page. Web

      Lab classes: Creating your own start-up business from
       scratch

      Expected outcome: Learning how to make a basic web page
       for their business, fast and efficient.

2 Expected outcome
The expected outcome of this course is getting confident about
realizing your ideas and setting up your own business. You should
get familiar with all the process that awaits you in this goal. You
should know how to get advantage of the technology, including
online marketing and e-commerce, as well as mobile technologies in
promoting your business and enlarging your profit.
