Colorado NAHRO (National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials) invites you to consider supporting
Colorado NAHRO in 2010 in one of the following ways:

NEW FOR 2010- We are now offering a total of three (3) year-long corporate sponsorships that provide added
exposure for just slightly more investment (see page two).
The 2010 Management and Maintenance conference will be held May 10-14 at the Pueblo
Conference Center in Pueblo, Colorado.
The Conference is the premiere event in Colorado for housing authorities, community development agencies and other
affordable housing organizations. We expect 300+ delegates to attend the event. The conference is a great opportunity to
put your products or services on display and meet the key decision-makers that use them.
The Maintenance Conference takes place on Monday and Tuesday, May 10-11 and caters to maintenance directors and
maintenance staff. Workshops will be offered in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, landscaping, heating, meters,
inspections and customer service. We expect 100+ attendees.
The Management Conference then takes place Wednesday through Friday, May 12-14, and caters to executive
directors, management staff, line staff and commissioners. A wide variety of workshops will be offered related to public
housing, Section 8, community planning, rehab, resident services, housing development, finance, technology, national
and state legislative priorities, and professional development. We expect 200+ attendees.
You have a choice of exhibiting at either the Maintenance Conference (May 10-11) OR at the Management
Conference (May 12-13) OR you are welcome to exhibit at BOTH. The grand Sponsor/ Exhibitor Reception for the
Management Conference takes place on Wednesday evening, May 12 from 5:15 – 7:15 pm.
Colorado NAHRO is a non-profit organization that relies heavily on corporate sponsorship to plan and organize the
conference. Your support is vital to our ability to provide our members with the best training our industry can offer.

Thank you for considering our event and don't hesitate to call if we can answer any questions. The deadline for
corporate sponsor registration is February 15, 2010 and the deadline for conference sponsor registration is April
1, 2010. A complete package with all the logistical, lodging and program information will be sent out after receiving your
registration. You may also access conference and lodging information at www.conahro.org.

New for 2010! Colorado NAHRO is offering prospective sponsors with an opportunity to
leverage the many benefits of your regular conference sponsorship investment by making a yearlong
corporate sponsorship that will provide some valuable additional exposure.
