As a library leader of today
you need a great deal of
curiosity and a sense of
adventure as well as
commitment and a mission. Black Diamond National
                                 Library of Copenhagen
You need staff that
collaborate and act as
observers; you need big
ears and fast feet.

You need intuition and a
sense of timing. You
need trust and
confidence to use it.

You need friends in
different worlds, socially,
technically and
geographically. And the
networking skill of a
spider. And you need passion.
