     Created a Legal and Corporate Secretary function for the organization.
     International legal experience with subsidiary offices in the United Kingdom,
Germany, France, China, Korea, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada. International legal
issues included employment, labor, trademark filings and infringement actions, and
advertising compliance.
     Established procedures for using outside counsel to gain control of legal spending
and reduced outside legal spending 75% from over $2 million to under $500,000.
     Member of the Leadership Team responsible for all major decisions of the
     Turned the company around from losing money in 2003 to averaging 20% growth
in profits in 2005 and 2006. The company received approximately 300% more in the sale

Vice President, Deputy General Counsel
Colorado based brewer of malt beverages with over $3 billion in sales and over 6,000
     Lead legal team of attorneys (5) and paralegals (2) responsible for employment
and labor, litigation, contracts, purchasing, distribution, regulatory, sales, EH&S, and risk
     Counsel for, and member of, the Senior Staff of the Operations Division from
1996 to 2002. Operations Senior Staff was responsible for the manufacturing and
distribution of product.
     Managed a legal budget of $5 million and identified, retained, and directed
outside counsel throughout North America.
     Drove down legal costs and reduced the number of litigation cases from a high of
60 to an average of 25 annually.
     Managed industry threatening complex national and international litigation and
arbitrations and regulatory enforcement actions.
     Responsible for regulatory compliance.
     Through my management of litigation, Coors recovered over $100 million in 14
years while I also proactively implemented processes to minimize liability exposure.
     Managed the Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management of the Company.
     Participated in Legislative Affairs by lobbying in Washington D.C. and member
of the Board for the Colorado Civil Justice League.
