Claims and Overcharges:
Claims and overcharges must be filed within nine (9) months from the date of delivery. Claims for damaged
goods or concealed damage require that the carrier be notified in writing that damage exists within 15 days of
delivery.

Carrier's liability shall not exceed the lesser of: Actual value, individual customer tariff, limit of liability or
released values listed below unless a higher declared value is stated and excess coverage applied.
