Nancy Fuller-Jacobs is in private practice in San Diego. Nancy Fuller-Jacobs and Associates is a full service
immigration law firm specializing in business immigration and international business law, representing
employers and individuals with their United States and international visa and immigration needs. Ms. Fuller-
Jacobs is an adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, teaching International Business. She is
admitted to the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Customs and International
Trade Bar Association. She has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for 15
Ronald H. Bonaparte practices immigration and nationality law with Bonaparte Law Offices in Los
Angeles. Mr. Bonaparte is certified as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by The State Bar of
California Board of Legal Specialization. He has been a lecturer at UCLA Law School, USC Law Center, and
Southwestern School of Law. Mr. Bonaparte was a member of the Immigration and Nationality Law Advisory
Commission, California Board of Legal Specialization, from 1986-1994. He is a member of the Los Angeles
County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association
(Chairman, Los Angeles Chapter, 1969-1970 and 1986-1987).
Jennifer S.F. Lim is the principal attorney of the Law Offices of Jennifer Lim in Los Angeles, and has
practiced immigration and naturalization for 15 years, including family-based immigration, citizenship
proceedings, deportation and removal proceedings. Ms. Lim currently serves as a committee member of the
Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She represents clients
before state and federal courts, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review and Board of Immigration
Judith L. Wood is a member of the firm Law Offices of Judith Wood & Jesse Moorman in Los Angeles.
Ms. Wood’s practice areas include immigration and naturalization, international human rights, criminal
defense, and appellate and federal practice. She has published numerous articles for American
Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) publications, co-wrote the California Criminal Sentencing
Handbook, and has taught law at People's College of Law and California International University. Ms.
Wood is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and

Sunita Boddu practices in family and immigration law in Irvine and San Clemente. The goal of the
firm, Law Office of Sunita Boddu, is to assist clients from around the world and the U.S. with their
immigration and naturalization needs. She has experience in both the public and private sectors. Ms.
Boddu was an extern for United States District Judge Garland Burrell of the Eastern District of
California in Sacramento. She also worked as a research attorney with the Orange County Superior
Court, Santa Ana. Ms. Boddu is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She
is a graduate of the University of California, Davis Law School.
