Bartender (full-time): Well groomed, self motivated and professional. Must work well with or without direct supervision.
Prior bartending and serving experience required, preferably in a fine dining environment. Starting Wage: $8.00/hour & tips.
Cook (full-time): High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years minimum kitchen experience necessary. Attention to detail
and able to multi-task many priorities. Self motivated ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable.
Starting Wage: Depending upon experience.
Housekeeping Night Services (part-time): Assist Front Desk as necessary with guest calls during overnight shift. Must be
available to work overnight shift. High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. Must be comfortable
communicating with guests and staff with Basic English. Attention to detail and able to multi-task many priorities. Self
motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable. Valid driving license. Starting Wage:
Pastry Chef: Culinary degree or equivalent related work related experience and/or training. Prefer 2+ years’ prior
supervisory skills and hotel/resort culinary/pastry/food and beverage operations experience in fine dining
environment. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills . Starting
Wage: Depending upon experience.
