                                More than half of the cases involved company data.

                                The help desk team of five also processed thousands of

                                people solve their problems via the free chat on Stellar

Crash
For businesses and consumers alike, a crashed hard drive on a desktop or laptop
without any backup continues to be the most common problem. Next are the more
complex systems (RAID) with lost business data. Common causes for this to occur are
mistakes made during maintenance, a failed backup or a drive failure during a RAID
rebuild. Stellar Data Recovery also sees an increase in problems with SD cards and
solid-state drives.

Size
