             Workshops are conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

                                           PRICING

       Workshops cost $7.00 per Scout for each 1-1/2 ½½hour segment.
  Membership in the MOB Squad (Mastering Our Badges) cost $5.00/Scout.
Workshop Discount for MOB Members will be $4.00 for each 1-1/2 hour segment!
       MOB Squad Memberships run from October 1 to September 30.
                     Full Troop memberships preferred.

                      Please observe the following guidelines:

* Minimum attendance: Five scouts. If your group has less than five Scouts, we
  encourage you to join another group.

* MOB memberships accepted for the entire registered Troop only. Individual Scouting
  memberships considered after staff approval.

* Please have your Troop, District and Neighborhood # and title of badge available
  when making reservations. Reservations will not be accepted without the name
  of the badge.

* Troop reservations must be made in the name of the leader. Please provide Leader’s
  name, home/cell phone number and e-mail address.

* In addition to Leader information, an authorized secondary contact is acceptable with
  the appropriate home/cell phone number and e-mail address.

* Changes in reservations must be made in writing (e-mail acceptable) and received no
  later than 48-hours prior to the scheduled class.

* We will only accept information from, or provide information to, the Leader or
  authorized secondary contact.

* We are unable to offer food and drink on the premises. Feel free to have your Scouts
  bring their own water bottles.

* Workshop cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance. Cancellations
  later than designated will result in loss of your deposit. Any further scheduling
  of workshops will require full payment two weeks prior to your workshop.

* Should your workshop be postponed due to inclement weather, your deposit will
  be secure. If St. Charles City schools are closed due to inclement weather, please
  assume that Leftovers, etc. will also be closed.

* Again, we reiterate that a deposit must be received in order to secure your space
  unless prior arrangements are made with us.

* We will no longer be able to receive checks by mail as a means to secure your space.
  All deposits must be made in person or we accept credit card payment by phone.

In scheduling your workshop, please keep in mind that interspersed throughout the below dates are workshops
scheduled with Cub Scouts. We regret that we only have four (possibly five) classrooms available this year; we
are working to solve that problem. If you wish to participate in our Scouting workshops, please schedule early!
