Terms & Conditions
When you enroll in your 30 day membership to American Protection Plan you pay $2.95 for Shipping
and Handling and after 10 days you will be charged $20.00 for activation of membership and then
$34.95 for the month’s service. Or you can choose to enroll in the membership for 6 months and pay
$2.95 for Shipping and Handling and $34.95 a monthly. If after 6 months, you would like to continue
your membership, you must contact Our Customer Service to reactivate your account. We hope you and
your family enjoy the benefits of the American Protection Plan.
Cancellation of Membership:
If you wish to cancel you can contact Our Customer Service Department at 888-481-2812. Alternatively,
you can send an email requesting cancellation to cancel@tmmarketingusa.com when emailing us
please include your full name and address, as well as membership id number.
Your request for cancellation, whether received by phone or email, will be processed immediately.
Refunds:
We want you to be satisfied with your membership; therefore, if you are ever not satisfied with any of
the benefits offered in your membership, you may call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at
888-481-2812 Mon-Fri 10AM – 6:30PM CST, and request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
1) Full refund within 30 days of activation.
Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to 14 days to
appear on your credit card statement.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify the prices charged for memberships, or to add or remove and benefits,
from the website at any time without prior notice to you.
Billing Errors:
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify Our Customer Service Department
toll-free at 888-481-2812 Mon-Fri 10AM-6:30PM CST immediately of such error.
