Cough and cold is a disease that often we are having and also very easy to spread. There are several
ways to avoid cough and cold.

Coughs and colds are spread by viruses and bacteria in the air. Estimated at about 200 types of viruses
that can cause cough and cold. Children may have cough and cold 5-10 times a year, while adults about
2-5 times a year.

But there are several ways to avoid coughs and colds that you can do, which are:

1. Do not forget to always wash your hands.

2. Drink more water.
