					This is a comprehensive pre-employment checklist for a company or organization. The
document is divided into three sections: employee information, forms/items received
from employee, and forms/items provided to employee. The employer completes this
form before a new employee starts to make sure it has all the necessary information
and documents from the new employee. It also keeps track of the items the employer
has provided to the employee. This is helpful for when the employee leaves to
document the items that must be returned, such as keys, credit cards, and cell phones.
This document should be used by employers when hiring new employees.
