opportunity within our Operations Team for an Assistant Production Manager.
Reporting to the Powder Plant Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager will provide a key role in the management and control
of an operational team and assets, meeting agreed production requirements, whilst achieving continuously improvement in regard to output,
quality, SHE, availability and cost, always complying with all relevant standards.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with the motivational, communication and technical skills to drive performance improvement and
provide effective deputisation for the Production Manager. Victrex places strong emphasis on Safety, Health and Environmental performance,
and ensuring the highest standards across the whole operation is essential.

Candidates should have a degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline, or be able to demonstrate appropriate experience.
