     Parking Guidelines and Reminders

   1. Compact spaces are for the use of compact vehicles only. Any oversized
       vehicle parked in a compact space is subject to citation and/or towing.
   2. Compact vehicles should attempt to park only in compact spaces, leaving
       larger spaces for oversized vehicles
   3. Phone the parking office if you observe any hazards in the parking areas
       (916) 442-2217.
   4. Remember to always lock your vehicle and remove any valuables,
       including cell phones. Standard Parking, CIM / 980 9th Street
       (Sacramento) and CIM Group, LP are not responsible for any damages to
       or theft from your car.
   5. Please be considerate and ask your guests to be considerate of short term
       parking restrictions.
   6. Please observe all directional, speed limit, and stop signs throughout the
       parking areas.
   7. Do not park illegally in fire lanes. Cars parked in these areas are subject
       to citation and/or towing.
   8. Overnight parking is not normally permitted. Please notify the parking
       office if it is necessary to park your car overnight.
   9. Trailers and towed vehicles are not permitted in the parking areas.
   10. Handicapped spaces are reserved for disabled persons only. Cars
       illegally parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
   11. All vehicles must be parked in designated stalls and may occupy only the
       area between the lines of one space.

I have received and read the parking guidelines for Park Tower / 980 9th Street
and 1010 8th Street and agree to abide by all rules and regulations. Failure to
comply with parking guidelines may result in forfeiture of parking privileges.
