                                      RULES AND REGULATIONS


1. Current Association badges must be in owner’s possession at all times.

2. No one under twelve (12) years of age will be allowed in the recreation or pool area without an adult
(18 years of age or older).

3. Recreation area closes at dark, except when approved by Board.

4. No inappropriate behavior, no foul language, no dogs, and no glass containers.

5. No slam dunking or hanging on basketball rims.

6. No throwing sand or obstructing people swinging or using the slide.

7. No motorized vehicles beyond the parking area.

8. Trespassers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

                                  RECREATION/POOL RULES

The Board has defined and published the types of offenses that would lead to suspension from the
recreation and pool facilities. Any member may be suspended from the facilities if found guilty of offenses
such as, but not limited to:

Intentionally causing or attempting to cause damage to Birches West property or stealing or attempting to
steal Birches West property.

Intentionally causing or attempting to cause damage to private property or stealing or attempting to steal
private property.

Intentionally causing or attempting to cause physical injury to another person.

Possession of a weapon or any other dangerous objects.

Defies the valid authority of any Board member, lifeguard or any Birches West property owner upholding
the safety of the neighborhood in actions or words.

Trespassing pool when closed and Recreation area after dusk.

                                Discipline Procedures for Offenders
 st
1 incident: Badges will be confiscated and letter and/or phone call will be made to lot owner.
 nd
2 incident: Loss of recreation and pool privileges for 10 days, for all badges associated with the lot
number in violation.
 rd
3 incident: Loss of recreation and pool privileges for one month and possible fine, for all badges
associated with the lot number in violation.
