Name) to produce proof of export/original documents within the stipulated time
limit as per your rules subject to a maximum of Dhs._________(in

The guarantee sum in whole or in part thereof – without any limit on the number
of claims during the guarantee period shall be paid to you upon your first written
demand despite any contestation on the part of (Company’s Name)

The guarantee will be valid till 31st December, of (insert the current year) and
will be renewed automatically at the end of this year and of subsequent years for
the full reinstated maximum liability unless you receive notice in writing from us
of non-renewal at least one month before the expiry of any current annual period.
