TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Suppliers must meet or exceed the requirements of Haberman Machine, Inc. (HMI)
Supplier Survey, (HMO-025).
Suppliers and special process suppliers must be on HMI Supplier List. Contact HMI
Quality Department for current supplier list.
Suppliers to notify HMI in the event that stated delivery date on purchase order can not
Suppliers must notify HMI of any nonconforming product and any arrangements for HMI
approval of supplier nonconforming material.
Suppliers must notify HMI of any changes in product and/or process definition and can
not change product and/or process definition without written approval from HMI.
Suppliers can not out-source part of the product and/or process definition without written
or email approval from HMI.
Suppliers are responsible for appropriately packaging items, not to damage goods at time
Products that are shelf life sensitive must be supplied with a certification of shelf life
remaining at time of order.
Goods and services supplied under this purchase order shall be produced in accordance
with the latest revision / superseding status of the specifications and standards referenced.
Right of access by the organization, their customers and regulatory authorities to the
applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and
to all applicable records.
All records must be retained for a minimum of (7) years.
Standard payment terms are Net 30 days.
The recording of false, fictitious or fraudulent statements or entries on any documentation
may be punished as a felony under Federal Statutes.
Raw Materials or products containing specialty metal(s) must be compliant with DFARS
252.225-7014, ALT. 1, Preference for Domestic Specialty Metals.
Mercury or Mercury containing compounds shall NOT be intentionally added or come in
any direct contact with raw material, hardware or supplies furnished to HMI.
ITAR Notice: The export of technical data to a foreign country (which includes
disclosure of technical data to a foreign person in the United States) without a properly
approved export license from the State Department is strictly prohibited by the
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Penalties for such violations include
fines and imprisonment. The use of foreign sources and receipt of foreign products may
be further restricted by applicable Contract and import requirements (such as, duty free
entry, customs clearance, transportation requirements, etc…).
