“May the Angels lead you into Paradise!!
May the Martyrs come to welcome you, and take you to the Holy City:
                          the New and Eternal Jerusalem!!
~Mass of Christian Burial for our dear friend and John Carroll Religion teacher Mrs. Jackie Moeser who
was born to Eternal Life last Saturday at age 55.

 Remembering Mrs, Jackie Moeser: We are deeply saddened by the death of our dear friend
and colleague Jackie Moeser who died last Saturday after a long battle with cancer. Jackie taught
Religion at John Carroll for eleven years. Most of you have read the emails sent out this week
and were able to pray with us for this fine teacher. The latest edition of the Principal’s Blog, “On
Jackie” can be read at: http://www.johncarroll.org/news/detail.aspx?linkid=2852&moduleid=125

 Website of the Week: The John Carroll Campus Ministry page on Facebook has had lots of
activity over the past four days as students, grads, and faculty members from John Carroll share
memories of Jackie Moeser. The tributes are incredibly touching and mean so much to Jackie’s
family and her friends. There are also wonderful postings from those whom Jackie taught at Saint
Anthony’s School over eleven years ago. Please visit and remember this wonderful lady with us:

NOTE: You must “LIKE” the John Carroll Campus Ministry page (at the top) to post your own
comments and memories. We welcome your comments and look forward to reading your stories.

 More Special Intentions: Please Pray with Us: Please pray with us for sister of freshman Billy
Decker—Morgan, a senior at Fallston High School—who was in a serious car accident last week.

celebrate Thanksgiving!! Mass begins at 9 a.m. in the Gym.

Special Note: We will be joined by representatives from Catholic Charities and the Our Daily
Bread Employment Center as we kick-off a pilot fundraiser to benefit the needs of the Our Daily
Bread ministry. Our sophomores serve the good people of Baltimore as part of their Service
retreat each year at Our Daily Bread.
 Your Special Intentions: Please let me know if there is ever a need in your family for prayers or
special support. We are honored to provide assistance with any special situation. Email me at:

Wednesday at 10:20 a.m. for Mass in the Chapel celebrated by Father Sutton. Sign in at the Main

    FROM THE OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Christopher’s Train Garden - We are very excited that Christopher’s Train Garden will be
celebrating its 3rd year at Brooms Bloom Dairy Farm. Grand opening events include kids’
crafts, cookie decorating, prizes and other goodies. We will be open Tuesday through Sunday
12-8 from November 24th through January 2nd. Also since we’ve been so “good” again this
year, Santa has agreed to visit every Saturday and Sunday 1-3pm. Mrs. Claus has provided
some yummy gingerbread cookies to decorate while Santa visits. It really is a fun way to earn
community service hours. No technical experience required – just a friendly smile to give out
treats for kids, help out with a craft and keep a watch on little fingers. If your child is interested,
have your child see Mr. Martin in the Outreach Office for further information.
