HUL 204 : LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION AND DECISION MAKING IN ORGANIZATIONS

                  COURSE OBJECTIVE

  To acquire an understanding of the
  psychological principles and factors involved
  in leadership, decision making, and
  communication in organizations; with the
  ultimate aim of using this knowledge in the
  leader/manager roles that IIT graduates are
  expected to perform.

     Rational vs. Intuitive decision making
     Biases, errors, and constraints in decision making
     Participative decision making

Project work:     Students to work in groups to conduct questionnaire based
studies on any topic related to the course.

End of term major assessment:
