             Michael B. Feinman is admitted to practice in all Courts within the
      Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New Hampshire, and the United
      States Supreme Court.

          Stephen P. Shannon is admitted to practice in all Courts within the
      Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.

          Tali A. Tomsic is admitted to practice in all Courts within the
      Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


             The firm presently practices in the areas of Bankruptcy Law, Collections,
      Commercial Litigation, including matters involving the Uniform Commercial
      Code, Contracts, Business Torts, Business Planning, and issues involving
      Commercial Paper and Secured Transactions, in terms of the Firm’s commercial
      areas of practice. The firm also engages in Real Estate Law, including acquisition,

sale, refinancing, and foreclosure of real estate, as well as zoning and
landlord/tenant issues. Finally, the Firm maintains a general practice in the areas
of Personal Injury Law and Domestic Relations.

       The attorneys in the Firm are actively engaged in the preparation and trial
of cases, and along with our support staff, are adequately prepared for each Court
appearance or meeting. All attorneys have and continue to handle cases in all
aspects of Alternate Dispute Resolution.


       The Firm was first opened in June, 1989 by Michael B. Feinman. Prior to
that time, Michael B. Feinman, was employed in a small North Andover,
Massachusetts law firm engaged in the practice of Bankruptcy Law, Collections,
Real Estate, and related matters from December 1985 through June 1989. Since
that time, the Firm has grown to include a total full and part-time staff of six
persons, with two attorneys and support staff providing paralegal, client services,
as well as other functions.

       Michael B. Feinman formerly served as a member of the private panel of
Chapter 7 United States Trustees in Bankruptcy for the District of Massachusetts.
He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, The National Association of
Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys,
as well as the Massachusetts, Essex County and Lawrence Bar Associations. He is
the founder of Dispute Solutions, LLC, a firm providing services in the area of
Alternate Dispute Resolution. He is a member of the Lawrence, Massachusetts
chapter of Rotary International, a member of the Holy Family Hospital Men’s
Guild, a member of the Chancellor’s Council for the University of Massachusetts
at Amherst, serves as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Lawrence Boy’s
and Girl’s Clubs, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Governors for Temple
Emanuel in Andover, Massachusetts.

       Mr. Shannon joined the firm in 2001 as an associate and provides
professional services in the areas of Business Law, Personal Injury and Domestic
Relations. He is member of the Massachusetts and Lawrence Bar Associations,
serving as the Vice-President of the Lawrence Bar Association. He is active
coaching youth sports programs in basketball, soccer and baseball, within the
Town of North Andover, Massachusetts.

       Ms. Tomsic joined the firm in February of 2009 as an associate. Formerly,
she served as a member of the private panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees,
Office of the U.S. Trustee for the First Circuit, U.S. Department of Justice from
1997-2007. Prior to her tenure as a Chapter 7 Trustee, Ms. Tomsic was employed
as an associate at two area law firms which concentrated their practice in
bankruptcy law, business reorganization and creditors’ rights.

       The Firm has numerous published decisions of cases in which the Firm has


   •   Approved Concilator for the Massachusetts Superior Court and a member
       of the Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
       District of Massachusetts.

       The firm presently engages in the ongoing representation of various
institutional clients including National Loan Investors, LP, Washington Savings
Bank, Aurora Bank and First Eastern Mortgage Company. Additionally, the firm
provides ongoing litigation and corporate counseling to certain business clients.
