Treasure Report - Crystal Ainsworth
Treasures report read; Motion to accept by Scott Mooney, 2nd Brian Denutte. Motion passed.
Archery Range – Ralph Scribner, Herbie Ainsworth
Archery range report; Range still being used. Will be taken down after season ends.
Range – Scott Mooney, Mike Normandin, Dennis Whitcher, Dallis Gilson, Herb Ainsworth
Shooting range report; Dallas reported that targets were being put in the roadway of the range and that is
against the rules. Discussion on if cameras recorded the activity. Motion to add camera to view down range
by Scott Mooney 2nd by Jerry Hendricks. Motion passed. Dennis Whitcher will get Camera and add.
Game dinner report; Scott Mooney stated no more tickets are available. The dinner is sold out. Game dinner
meeting to be held 12/6/10 at the club.
Dates at the Lodge at Belmont are still good.
Turkey Raffle was a large success. Good Attendance.
Discussion on donation to WLNH Christmas Auction. Motion to donate a week at Barry Camp made by Herbie
Ainsworth 2nd by Bill Cott. Motion Passed.
NH Wildlife Federation is seeking donations for raffle tickets to its annual fund. Scott Mooney made a motion
to spend $250.00 on ticket purchase. 2nd by Gary Sleeper Motion passed w/ 2 nays.
Letter read from Gilford parks and rec. on winter beach access. Letter thanked BCSA for work last year and
requested we attend a meeting DEC. 6. Discussion to continue to support the winter beach access was in the
positive, the club will attend.
Dates for 2011 activities were set, with Hunter Safety dates to be added at a later date.
Letter read from NRA on Magazine subscriptions being donated to service men overseas. Unanimous
agreement to spend $250.00 on subscriptions. (no motion)
