                                   Friday, April 20, 2012
Dear Exhibitor,
We’d like to personally invite you to “Imagine” with our membership at our 91st Annual
Colorado PTA Convention and Exhibit Hall Day scheduled for Friday, April 20, 2012 at the
Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield.

The Exhibit Hall is very popular with our delegates. We have designed our convention
schedule, so our delegates have time to visit the Exhibit Hall in an effort to give you quality time
with them. We expect approximately 300-350 attendees at the convention this year.

Points to keep in mind:
 Space is limited and is first-come, first-serve.
 You must complete the attached application and return it along with full payment to
           Colorado PTA.
 We request a donated item for the exhibitor prize drawing.
 Electrical requests will be handled by the hotel, Omni Interlocken Resort.
 If you will be requesting electrical from the hotel, please fill out the hotel form
attached, and send the form and electrical payment directly to the Omni
           Interlocken Resort.

Our convention attendees represent schools and communities throughout Colorado.
The Exhibit Hall is your opportunity to have direct contact with PTA members, leaders, parents,
and educators. They are encouraged to return home and share the Exhibit Hall information
and ideas with the rest of their community. This is the best way for you to be in contact with the
PTA leaders across Colorado. We do not sell our membership lists or provide a list of
convention attendees.

We hope you will take full advantage of this opportunity to “Imagine” with our membership
at the 91st Annual Colorado PTA Convention in April!

Sincerely,
Lori Kennedy Tom Hayward
