conducive to growing muscle mass. If you restrict the wrong fats, you'll slow growth. Consuming plenty of
healthy fats is also thought to help increase testosterone levels, which is essential to fast muscle growth.


The most important factor in weight lifting is your technique. Technique trumps speed, frequency and even

with lighter weight so that maximum results are possible later.
