March 14, 2012 – “Live In The Vineyard” today announced the star-studded line-up for their
exclusive fifth annual music festival in Napa Valley, California April 12th-15th, which will include
headliners Jason Mraz, Mat Kearney, Grafitti6, Kris Allen, Daniel Powter, Mayer Hawthorne, Jon
McLaughlin, and Green River Ordinance. “Live In The Vineyard” (LITV) is a private music
festival that takes place amidst the lush scenery of boutique wineries in California’s Legendary
Napa Valley, every April and November. The festival, available to sweepstakes winners and
special invited guests, gives attendees exclusive access to recording artists, top tier wine makers,
and world-renowned chefs during a “once-in-a-lifetime” three-day event. Performances will take
place each day during the festival at The Uptown Theatre and at the Beringer Vineyards.

Tickets for the ninth “Live In The Vineyard” event in April are only available through special
radio station promotions, featured on, and exclusive sweepstakes
and offerings from LITV’s partnerships with Aloft Hotels, Southwest Airlines, and Beringer
Vineyards. These giveaways include lodging at some of Napa's finest resorts, tours and private
tastings with the most revered vintners, exquisite foods, and intimate concerts unmatched by any
other festival. All attendees have a chance to meet and talk with the participating artists, chefs,
and wineries.

“Live In The Vineyard” was created by Bobbii Jacobs and Claire Parr, who together share over
40 years of experience in the music industry. Past LITV festivals have included performances by
some of music’s biggest names like Sarah McLachlan, Lenny Kravitz, Zac Brown Band, Natasha
Bedingfield, David Gray, Train, Five For Fighting, Colbie Caillat, James Blunt, Matt Nathanson,
and Macy Gray.

“We believe LITV gives fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to appreciate superstar musicians,
chefs and winemakers in Napa Valley - which is legendary for its beauty, hospitality and
incredible scenery,” said Claire Parr. “LITV continues to attract more and more people each year
due in our minds to the unparalleled experience that we are able to provide during those three
days,” added Bobbii Jacobs.

“Live In The Vineyard” has also arranged private events during the April 12th-15th music festival
with performances by Fun., Ryan Star, Scars on 45, Jesse Thomas, The Young Romans and Josh
Tatum at private winery events at Beringer Vineyards, Nickel & Nickel Winery, Spring Mountain
Vineyard and Whetstone Wine Cellars. There will also be a special interactive chef and music
event at Todd Humphries’ Kitchen Door Restaurant in the Oxbow Public Market.

“Live In The Vineyard” continues its partnership with airline industry powerhouse Southwest
Airlines – the official airline of “Live In The Vineyard.” Southwest Airlines provides LITV’s
contest winners with roundtrip airfare to the Bay Area for the Napa event aboard the official
“Live In The Vineyard” decaled Boeing 737 airplane. The decaled jet returns to service in the
Southwest fleet for April’s LITV event and will be the focal point of select “pop up” concert
events in flight. This “Live at 35” experience for lucky Customers on the LITV plane will offer a
taste of the experience offered at the LITV events. For more information on LITV events and
