Amsterdam Airport Schiphol awards Gerzon with the prestigious Schiphol Consumers Award

                               Gerzon Schiphol has won the 2007 Growth Award, as presented by
The Netherlands, February 25th, 2008-
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, for an unprecedented second time, in recognition of the company's
turnover last year.

Philip Gerzon received the award from Belinde Bakker, Senior Manager Concessions & Media of
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, at the Schiphol Consumers Award, held in Amsterdam on February 21st,
2008. Also present were Maarten de Groof, Chief Commercial Officer of Schiphol Group and Eric-Paul
Dijkhuizen, director of business area Consumers.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol fashion retailer Gerzon Schiphol has won the airport's 2007 Growth
Award after a year in which it achieved a sales growth of 15%. This growth again outperformed the
increase of passengers (3.8%) at Schiphol over last year. In the last five years Gerzon has achieved a
growth of over 70%.

Gerzon has now been nominated consecutively from 2005 until 2007. In 2005 and in 2007 the Growth
Award has been given to Gerzon, making Gerzon the unprecedented two time winner.
Managing director Philip Gerzon: "We are very proud to be the winner of this award. Winning the
award for the second time is validation of our continuous hard work and the good relations we have
with our stakeholders: our personnel, suppliers and the airport authority. We have worked in unison to
win the favour of our customers, because they are our judge and jury. The enthusiasm, drive and
professionalism of our employees are also an important aspect in making the 15% increase in turnover
possible."

The future remains promising for Gerzon, as the stores in Schiphol Airport’s Terminal 1 and 3 will be
renovated and expanded with the new leather accessories and shoes concession. This renovation will
create attractive, new retail spaces of over 330 and 240sqm, respectively.

Once a year Amsterdam Airport Schiphol organizes a gala event with regards to the presentation of
the Consumer Relations Awards. Nominees are selected from all non-airline companies that have
excelled in their performance towards customers. This includes Food & Beverage, Retail, Media,
Parking, Banking and Internet Services.
