•     Site Rental: Ballroom, Gallery and Patio area. Six hour block of your choice is to include
      set-up, service, reception and clean-up times. Renter/Vendor is to arrive at the premises
      only at the time designated on the contracted rental agreement. All rentals require a
      $1000.00 refundable security deposit and a $300.00 non-refundable application fee. Half
      the rental fee due 6 months in advance, balance of rental fee due 90 days prior to date. Fee
      includes two hour wedding rehearsal time which may be scheduled Thursday prior to event.
      at 5:00 pm. A $1000.00 minimum deposit is required to hold your date.
•     Buffet or Served: Pre-selected menu includes choice of two entrées, rice or potato,
      vegetable, salad, fruit, fresh rolls, butter.
•     Beverage: One hour hosted wine, beer, and soft drinks. Champaign and cider toast. Two
      wines served with dinner, sodas, coffee, tea. Juice fountain.
•     Tables and Chairs: including market umbrellas, outdoor heaters, coat rack, silverware,
      linens, china, glasses, chair covers with ribbon, runners, gift table, all serving tables.
•     Cake: Three-tiered. Your choice of cake flavor, fillings, icing and topping.
