 appointed in Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command as a Network engineer,. responsible to advise for
 entire network requirement, responsible to maintain and administer the network Developing training
 courses, prepare lessons and perform classroom and On-The-Job Training to RSLFAC personnel and/or
 other personnel on use of various computer programs for word processing, mathematics applications,
 network messaging, database management, and maintain the appropriate forms records and reports required
 to implement the training program. Operating computer equipment.

 or application.

 Windows NT plateform. Manage Windows Proxy and E-mail Server. Trouble shooting on physical and
 software network.
 Supervise the preventive maintenance (PM) and repairing of all Computers and Computer accessories of
 other group Companies.

 Feb 1995 to Dec 1999 : Alcatel Pvt Limited. Islamabad, Pakistan
 Worked as Network Engineer, company computer wired on Windows NT network so being part of IT
 department responsible for computer and accessories repair and repair coordination. Perform technical
 inspection, troubleshooting, fault tolerance, maintains work order database, conduct repair and adjustment to
 all desktop computer system.
 Apply industry repair practices. Operate and maintains diagnostic tools, set, kits and utility program.
 Prepares documentation as required for system changes, user manuals, project proposal and other operating
 procedures. Maintains records to account for government property. Record work order information,
 requisitions, and receipts for computer repair parts and assemblies. Manages a preventive maintenance
 schedule to perform timely PM on each office automation equipment according to PM polices. May be
 required, by directive of the program Manager or his designated representative, to perform other duties.
 Further more I have to receive and inspect faulty computer and accessories from different alcatel and PTCL
 (Pvt) sites.
