Undercover Boss At The Movies Alice in Wonderland 19 year old Alice (Mia Wasikowska) returns to the whimsical world she first encountered as a young girl, reuniting with her childhood friends: the White Rabbit, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Dormouse, the Caterpillar, the Cheshire Cat, and of course, the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp). Alice embarks on a fantastical journey to find her true destiny and end the Red Queen's (Helena Bonham Carter) reign of terror. On DVD 2012 Dr. Adrian Helmsley, part of a worldwide geophysical team investigating the effect on the earth of radiation from unprecedented solar storms, learns that the earth's core is heating up. He warns U.S. President Thomas Wilson that the crust of the earth is becoming unstable and that without proper preparations for saving a fraction of the world's population, the entire race is doomed. Meanwhile, writer Jackson Curtis (John Cusack) stumbles on the same information. While the world's leaders race to build "arks" to escape the impending cataclysm, Curtis struggles to find a way to save his family. Meanwhile, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes of unprecedented strength wreak havoc around the world. The Buzz... Dustin Hoffman has agreed to do television, signing on to star in David Milch's new HBO project Luck. HBO ordered a pilot last year for the drama, which revolves around the world of horse racing and betting. AC/DC has set a record Down Under. The band sold 212,729 tickets for their recent three night run at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium. That beats the previous venue record of 211,747 which U2 set in 2006. Kate Gosselin, Shannen Doherty, Buzz Aldrin and the latest Bachelor, Jake Pavelka, are among the 11 new celebrities who will hit the floor on Season 10 of Dancing with the Stars. Dancing host Tom Bergeron and Season 8 finalist Melissa Rycroft announced the roster during Monday's season finale of The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love. Here is the Season 10 lineup: Aiden Turner, All My Children star Erin Andrews, ESPN anchor Buzz Aldrin, astronaut Niecy Nash, comedian and actress Nicole Scherzinger, singer Evan Lysacek, Olympic gold medalist figure skater Shannen Doherty, actress Chad Ochocinco, wide receiver for Cincinnati Bengals Kate Gosselin, Jon & Kate Plus 8 Pamela Anderson, actress Jake Pavelka, The Bachelor Jason Segel has made Lady Gaga his muse in his upcoming movie The Greatest Muppet Movie Ever Made. In the movie, the Muppets come out of retirement and set out on an adventure to save their TV studio from an oil tycoon. Jennifer Lopez hosted Saturday Night Live on Saturday, where she parodied the remake of We Are The World with a skit entitled We Are The World 3: Raising Awareness Of The We Are The World 2 Disaster. The skit featured J.Lo dressed up as Rihanna, as well as other SNL castmates dressed up as Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga and Quincy Jones. While J.Lo’s Rihanna impression was pretty hilarious, it was the Gwen Stefani impression that really brought the lols. While Universal’s follow-up to Death Race is headed straight for the DVD garage, it would appear that the studio is still aiming to secure a decent cast for the sequel, with the likes of Sean Bean, Ving Rhames, and Danny Trejo all on board. Jake Pavelka wasn't willing to wing his way cross country for her, but maybe one of the next 25 men in her life will. Ali Fedotowsky, who stunned Bachelor fans everywhere by choosing to leave the show to go back to work, has been named the next Bachelorette. Director Breck Eisner’s The Crazies hit screens last week, which means he’s now free to talk about other projects in the pipieline. And one of those just happens to be the new Flash Gordon flick (which he says isn’t a remake), which Eisner has been attached to since 2008. Looks like he’s finally on the way to getting it made. Talking to Heat Vision, Eisner said: Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless are working on the script right now. Director Jason Winer, who has won acclaim (and a Directors Guild Award) for his work on Christopher Lloyd's TV comedy Modern Family, is set to direct Russell Brand in Arthur. A remake of the Dudley Moore 1981 original, Arthur follows an alcohol-loving lothario whose family is pressuring him into marrying a rich heiress. However, he falls for a working-class woman instead and asks his valet for help as his family force him to choose between money and love. After last week’s announcement that Justin Theroux will take the reigns on the long awaited Zoolander sequel, Mr Blue Steel himself has revealed a number of juicy new details during an interview with MTV. “We are in the process of getting a script written”, said Ben Stiller. “It’s in the early stages, but it’s gonna happen.” The star went on to confirm that the film will “have input from all the Zoolander people”, including co-star Owen Wilson, who will return as Derek’s catwalk nemesis Hansel. Lady GaGa, the 23 year old pop sensation, famous for her pants free onstage cavortings, has warned against the dangers of casual sex. Speaking at a function for AIDs charities in London yesterday she said that young women should be careful choosing partners to have sex with. James Cameron and Sigourney Weaver have given a morale boost to the U.S. military in Bahrain. They staged a special screening of Avatar for troops. The director, along with the movie's stars Weaver, Stephen Lang and Michelle Rodriguez, jetted to the island nation in January to showcase their award winning film at a military base and aboard two battleships. Blockbuster Video movie rental chain will be quietly reinstating late fees in their brick and mortar locations, with a capped rate. Members who pay the $4.99 for a new release DVD will have five days to return the movie, instead of seven. A $1 per day late fee will be assessed for every movie is late, for up to 10 days. This $1 per day charge also applies to Blu-ray rentals as well. So basically a customer could keep a movie for a year and only be charged $10 in late fees.
