                   ORDER ON GUARDIAN AD LITEM’S MOTION

                      TO PRODUCE CHILDREN FOR HEARING



          On January 30, 2008, the Guardian ad Litem filed a motion titled Guardian ad

Litem’s Motion to Produce Children for Hearing. Upon consideration of that motion, any

party’s response, and a review of the file, it is ordered:

   1.        That the children be permitted to attend the judicial review hearing on

             February 11, 2008;

   2.        That the court shall use its discretion after hearing from the children as to their

             attendance for the remainder of the hearing;

   3.        That the Department of Children and Family Services make arrangements for

             the children’s transportation both to and from the judicial review hearing; and
