       AES Jordan PSC (AES Jordan) also known as Amman East Power Project is the first greenfield integrated power project (IPP) in
       Jordan. AES Jordan engages in the generation of electricity through a single power generation plant near Amman city. The power
       plant has a total installed generation capacity of 370 megawatt (MW). The plant began its commercial operation in 2008 as a
       single cycle gas-fired (CCGT) power plant, and in 2009 was converted into combined cycle gas-fired (CCGT) power plant. The
       project operates on a Build, Own, and Operate (BOO) concession project with a 25 year energy conversion power purchase
       agreement (PPA).
