Special Walk-in Immunization Clinic Scheduled for Incoming 7th Grade Students

To help parents prepare for 2012-2013 School Immunization Requirements, Southeastern
Idaho Public Health (SIPH) will be holding a special walk-in immunization clinic for 7th grade
students on Monday, June 11th from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Tigert Middle School, 250 E. 2nd
