The minutes of the meeting held on 16 August 2006 were approved as a correct record.
281/06 DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTEREST
The following disclosures were made:

06/00553/FUL - 3-5 Ashford Crescent, Ashford      Councillor Mrs C.L. Spencer declared a
                                                  prejudicial interest because the owner of 5
                                                  Ashford Crescent, Ashford was a personal
                                                  friend.
06/00667/SCC - Charlton Lane Community            Councillor I.J. Beardsmore declared a
Recycling Centre, Charlton Lane, Shepperton       personal interest on the basis that this was a

Councillor S.B.S. Lorch reported that he had received correspondence relating to applications

06/00202/FUL – Pitfield House, Station Yard, Station Approach, Shepperton but had maintained
an impartial role and had not expressed any views.
     The Chairman, Councillor E. O’Hara, reported that he had received correspondence and
     telephone calls on procedural matters relating to numerous applications as well as attending
     both private and public meetings with local residents in relation to application 06/00638/OUT -
     Little Manor and Taranaki, Green Street, Sunbury but on all occasions had maintained an
     impartial role and had not expressed any views.

         In accordance with the procedure for public speaking at meetings Ms A. McShane spoke
         against the application and Mr N. Groves spoke in support of the application.
2.       06/00638/OUT - Little      Demolition of existing          Eleven late letters of

      on his amendment to refuse the application on highway ground be recorded. The
      amendment was lost. The voting was as follows

In accordance with Standing Order 5.1 the committee RESOLVED that on completion of item 6
