STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL STARK COUNTY 4-H CLOTHING PROJECTS
1. ALL construction MUST be completed by the 4-H member.
2. Both coordination of the various parts of the outfit to achieve a total well-dressed look and quality of construction are important.
3. All blanks in the project book should be filled in, unless not applicable. If the book is being re-used or used by more than one
member, record information on separate sheets of paper.
4. Finishing details such as seams and hems should be appropriate to the fabric and the garment.
5. Outfits will be taken off and left for further evaluation. Please bring a change of clothing.
6. The same outfit cannot be entered or modeled in two categories at county or state level. 4-H'ers who take more than one clothing
project must complete separate learning experiences related to each, including creating a separate complete outfit FOR EACH
PROJECT. Using items from two or more projects to form one outfit will not be considered as a "completion" of either project.
7. There will be a clothing Skill-a-thon at evaluation, scores used for a tiebreaker and optional educational activity.

STYLE REVUE INFORMATION
1. Participation at Style Revue is voluntary, but is a requirement to be eligible for State Fair selection.
2. State Fair participants are selected only from Style Revue Participants.
3. Style Revue narration sheets must be returned to the county Extension/4-H Office by July 1. Judging is based on the "seven clues
to the total look" given in the "Judging Your Outfit" or "Total Look" section of your project book and your project guidelines
completion. Dress-up Outfit (417) will be divided into two (2) categories for county and state style revues. 4-H member must select
