METHOD: The Awards Committee will select one person per year based upon the criteria relating
to credit union, chapter, League, national, volunteer and community activities. Any credit union who
has membership in the Combined Council of America’s Credit Unions may submit names by
completing the CCACU nomination form return by June 1, 2008.
RECOGNITION: The individual chosen as the Volunteer of the Year will receive an award at the
CCACU’s annual convention. Volunteers are an integral part of the credit union structure and their
contributions deserve recognition. Show your appreciation by submitting your nomination for
Volunteer of the Year.
Include a brief statement as to why this person has been nominated for Volunteer of the Year award.
List their accomplishments in the credit union movement as well as any community involvement.
Include a personal bio about this individual and include a picture of individual.
Board members of the CCACU are not eligible for nomination.
