An exciting opportunity exists to work at one of the largest retail groups in the world, in
their growing HR team for an experienced HR Compensations and Benefits manager.
You will play an active part in their growing HR team, focusing on implemented and executing
a strategy for all related rewards elements of HR; Mobility Management, Compensation and
Benefits ensuring that all necessary tools and processes are implemented in this branch of the
global business.

Requirements:
The HR manager will cover all aspects of rewards including global compensation programs,
monthly payroll and create strategies to attract and maintain talent.

The ideal candidate must be energetic, ambitious and be able to work closely with others on
strategic projects. A large part of the role will involve bringing global policies in line with
local regulations while providing functional support to the team.

The successful applicant will have a strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to think
outside the box.

A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team is imperative. You must have over
four years' experience in compensation/ benefits and rewards and be qualified to degree level
in a relevant field. An certification in GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) or CIPD would
be beneficial.
