Manage my booking is a self-service online function designed to allow your
customers to manage their own booking on ba.com. All your customers
need to do is:
1. Log on to ba.com
2. Click on Manage My Booking which is found on the left hand navigator
3. Enter their six letter booking code and surname
Manage my booking allows your customers to:
Request seats from the online seating plan
Add a Frequent Flyer number
View, print or email their itinerary to colleagues, friends and family
Provide Advance Passenger Information for travel to relevant countries
