If you can, prepare home cooked lunch would be better because you can control your portion and calories intake. Drink water-Drinking enough water will keep you hydrated and keep the hunger pangs at bay. Put the water bottle on your working desk to ensure you drink enough water during office hour. Get moving-Move as much as you can to burn more calories. Try walking to colleague’s desk instead of emailing or calling. Park your car far from office so that you get the change to walk, taking the stairs instead of elevator. Find time to do exercise before or after work. Instead of jam 1-2 hour on the way home, might as well go for gym.
