                        second most prevalent language on the Internet and is the only language
                        besides English that is spoken on 5 continents
                       French allows for increased employment opportunities - and Statistics
                        Canada reports that bilingual Canadians earn more

                         What is Canadian Parents for French?
                      Canadian Parents for French BC & Yukon Branch is a non-profit organization that
                      has worked for more than 30 years to provide French-Second-Language learning
                      opportunities for youth, support for parents, and advocacy for quality French
                      programs in our schools.

                      CPF BC & Yukon is part of a national network supporting students in programs
                      including: Core (Basic) French, Early French Immersion, Late French Immersion,
                      and Intensive French.

                      Our members are parents, individuals, schools, and organizations who believe in a
                      child’s right to become bilingual in Canada’s two official languages: English and
                      French.

                      CPF BC & Yukon fulfills many roles, all of which support children, parents and
                      educators who have made Canada a world model for second-language learning.
