‫ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻭ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺩﺭ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﻟﻪ ﺍﺧﻴﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺭﺷﺪ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي ﻏﻴﺮ ﺩﻭﻟﺘﻲ ، ﺟﻨﺒﺸﻬﺎي ﺍﻋﺘﺮﺍﺿﻲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻗﺪﺭﺕ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ، ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﺁﮔﺎﻫﻲ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﺯﺍﺭﻫﺎي ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﻭ‬ ‫ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﺳﻬﺎﻣﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ ﻭ ﺭﺳﻮﺍﻳﻲ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻟﻲ ﻭ ﺍﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﺑﺰﺭﮒ ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﺭﺩﺍﻳﻢ ﻣﺴﻠﻂ ﻭ ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﺩﺭ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺍﺩﺍﺭﻩ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺍﺯ ﺁﻧﺠﺎﻳﻲ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﻭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻋﻤﺪﻩﺍي ﺑﺮ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎي‬ ‫ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺩﺍﺭﻧﺪ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪﮔﻮﻧﻪﺍي ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺍﺛﺮﺍﺕ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺍﺯ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺒﺎﻝ ﺫيﻧﻔﻌﺎﻥ ﺣﺪﺍﻛﺜﺮ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺍﺛﺮﺍﺕ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪﺍﻗﻞ ﺑﺮﺳﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ‬ ‫ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬﺍﺭﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻀﻮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﻧﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﻧﻴﺎﺯﻫﺎ ﻭ ﺧﻮﺍﺳﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺩﺭﺍﺯﻣﺪﺕ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻭ ﺫي ﻧﻔﻌﺎﻥ ﺑﻮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺭﻓﻊ ﻣﻌﻀﻼﺕ ﺁﻥ ﺑﮑﻮﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﺪﻳﻦ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺗﺪﺍﺑﻴﺮ ﻭ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﺎﺭي ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺩﺭ‬

‫ﺣﻮﺯﻩﻫﺎي ﻛﺎﺭﮐﻨﺎﻥ،ﻣﺼﺮﻑﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎﻥ،ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻﺕ ﻭﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ،ﺍﻳﻤﻨﻲ ﺳﻼﻣﺘﻲ ﻭ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺯﻳﺴﺖ، ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﺑﺸﺮ، ﺿﻮﺍﺑﻂ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭﺍﺧﻼﻗﻲ، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭ ﺧﻴﺮﺧﻮﺍﻫﻲ ﺷﺮﻛﺘﻲ، ﺭﺍﺩﺭ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮﺩ.‬
‫ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﻴﻤﻲ ﭼﻮﻥ ﻭﻗﻒ ﻭﻭﺍﻣﻬﺎي ﻗﺮﺽ ﺍﻟﺤﺴﻨﻪ ﻭ ... ﻧﻤﻮﺩ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺍﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﻭﻗﻒ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﺳﻨﺖ ﻣﻠﻲ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﻋﻤﺪﺗﺎ ﻣﺤﺪﻭﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﺪﺭﺳﻪ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﻣﺴﺠﺪ ﻣﻲ‬ ‫ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻭ ﺗﺠﺎﺭ ﻭ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎﻥ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻭ ﺗﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﻣﺎﮐﻦ ﻣﺸﺎﺭﮐﺖ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺍﻧﺪ . ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﭘﺪﺭ ﺳﺎﻻﺭي ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎﻥ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺩﺭ ﮐﺸﻮﺭ، ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭي ﺍﺯ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎﻥ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺩﺭ‬ ‫ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﻧﺰﺩﻳﮑﻲ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎﺭﮐﻨﺎﻥ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺑﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﻧﺪ ﻭ ﮐﺎﺭﮐﻨﺎﻥ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎﻥ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻘﺶ ﭘﺪﺭ ﻣﻲ ﺩﻳﺪﻩ ﺍﻧﺪ . ﮐﻤﮏ ﺩﺭ ﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭي ﺍﺯﺩﻭﺍﺝ ﻭ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﻣﺴﮑﻦ ﺍﺯ ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎي ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﺪﺭ ﺑﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ‬ ‫ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻘﺪﺍﻥ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺗﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﻲ ﺍﻳﻔﺎﺀ ﻣﻲ ﻧﻤﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭي ﺍﺯ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎﻥ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﻭ ﺗﺠﺎﺭ ﺑﺮ ﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﺑﺎﻭﺭﻫﺎي ﻣﺬﻫﺒﻲ ﻭ ﺍﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻋﻤﺪﺗﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﻭﻧﻘﺶ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺧﻮﻳﺶ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺎﻟﺒﻬﺎي‬ ‫ﻧﻴﮑﻮﮐﺎﺭﺍﻧﻪ ﻭ ﻣﺬﻫﺒﻲ ﺍﻳﻔﺎ ﻣﻲ ﮐﺮﺩﻧﺪ .‬ ‫ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻟﻬﺎي ﭘﺲ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻧﻘﻼﺏ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺩﺍﻳﻢ ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﭼﺐ ﺑﺮ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩي ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﻭ ﻧﺰﺩﻳﮑﻲ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺗﺌﻮﺭﻳﻬﺎ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺪﻳﺸﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭼﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﻩ ﻫﺎي ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﻭ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﮔﺬﺍﺭ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺑﺪﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ‬ ‫ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻳﮏ ﻓﻀﺎي ﻧﺎ ﺍﻣﻨﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻨﺘﻌﺘﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﻭ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﮔﺬﺍﺭﺍﻥ ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺑﺪﮔﻤﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﺎ ﺁﻧﺠﺎ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺭﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﻭ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻥ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﻟﻲ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺤﺎﻕ ﻓﺮﻭ ﺭﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺣﺘﻲ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭي ﺍﺯ‬ ‫ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﮔﺬﺍﺭﺍﻥ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﮔﺬﺍﺭي ﺧﻮﺩ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺑﺎﺯﺧﻮﺍﺳﺖ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﻣﻲ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ . ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺑﺪ ﮔﻤﺎﻧﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﺧﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﻠﻴﺘﻲ ﻓﻌﺎﻝ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﭼﻨﺪﻳﻦ ﺑﺮﺍﺑﺮ ﺑﻮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺍي ﮐﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﺑﺰﺭﮒ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﻭ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﭼﻮﻥ ﺍﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﻭ ﻣﺴﺘﻌﻤﺮﻩ ﻳﺎﺩ ﻣﻲ ﺷﺪ .‬ ‫ﺍﻣﺎ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻟﻬﺎي ﺍﺧﻴﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎﻥ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﻭ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻲ ، ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي ﻏﻴﺮ ﺩﻭﻟﺘﻲ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺷﻨﻔﮑﺮﺍﻥ ﻭ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻴﺎﻥ ﻣﻄﺮﺡ ﮔﺮﺩﻳﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ . ﺑﺮﮔﺰﺍﺭي ﺍﻭﻟﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﮐﻨﻔﺮﺍﻧﺲ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺗﺸﮑﻠﻬﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﭼﻮﻥ ﺍﺗﺎﻕ ﺑﺎﺯﺭﮔﺎﻧﻲ ، ﮐﻨﻔﺪﺭﺍﺳﻴﻮﻥ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ، ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻲ ﻭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي ﻏﻴﺮ ﺩﻭﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﺁﻏﺎﺯي ﺩﺭ ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﻣﻄﺮﺡ‬ ‫ﮐﺮﺩﻥ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﻭ ﺍﺩﺑﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺑﻮﺩ .‬ ‫ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪﺕ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻦ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺭﻗﺎﺑﺘﻲ ﺑﺮﺍي ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎﻥ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮔﺮﺩﻳﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭي ﺍﺯ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﺩﺭ ﻓﺮﺍﻳﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺘﻲ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ . ﺑﺎ ﻣﻄﺮﺡ ﺷﺪﻥ ﻭ ﺑﻪ‬ ‫ﺍﻋﺘﻘﺎﺩ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﮐﺎﺭﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻥ ﻣﺪ ﺷﺪﻥ ﮔﻮﺍﻫﻲ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﺯﻳﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ، ﮔﻮﺍﻫﻴﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻭ ﺳﺮﺁﻣﺪي ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﺩﺭ ﻓﺮﺍﻳﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺘﻲ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺟﺎي ﮔﺮﻓﺖ . ﺩﺭﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﺍﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﺍﻫﻴﻨﺎﻣﻪ‬ ‫ﻫﺎ ﻋﻼﻭﻩ ﺑﺮ ﺍﻳﻨﮑﻪ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﺑﻬﺮﻩ ﻭﺭي ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺳﻮﻕ ﻣﻲ ﺩﺍﺩ ﺑﺮﺍي ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﻣﺰﻳﺖ ﺭﻗﺎﺑﺘﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﻣﻲ ﮐﺮﺩ . ﺷﺎﻳﺪ ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻴﺪﺍ ﮐﺮﺩﻥ ﺷﺮﻳﮏ ﺧﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﻳﮑﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺩﻻﻳﻞ ﻋﻤﺪﻩ ﺣﺮﮐﺖ‬ ‫ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯي ﻭ ﻣﺪﺭﻥ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﮔﻮﺍﻫﻴﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ‪ EFQM‬ﻭ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺩﻳﺪ . ﺩﺭ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﻟﻪ ﺍﺧﻴﺮ ﻋﻮﺍﻣﻠﻲ ﭼﻮﻥ ﺁﺯﺍﺩي ﻓﻀﺎي‬ ‫ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩي ﻭ ﺭﻗﺎﺑﺘﻲ ﺗﺮ ﺷﺪﻥ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﮔﺸﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﻮﻻﺗﻲ ﭼﻮﻥ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺒﺎﻝ ﮐﺎﺭﮐﻨﺎﻥ ، ﻣﺼﺮﻑ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎﻥ ﻭ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻭ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎي ﺧﻮﺩ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺫي‬ ‫ﻧﻔﻌﺎﻥ ﺭﺍ ﻟﺤﺎﻅ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ..  ‬

Corporate Social Responsibility in Iran
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an issue currently actively pursued by governments, corporations, civil society and international organizations in developed countries and emerging markets. CSR in Iran exists in various traditional forms; e.g. through issuance of loans by employers to employees, creation of charity funds for the poor, or construction of schools and mosques. These activities have been partly driven by Islamic principles and the traditional role of business within the Iranian culture. Corporate philanthropy in Iran is strongly driven by media attention given to certain national and international disasters. Many business owners in Iran have traditionally had a close relationship with their employees and these individuals have in turn viewed the employer as a father figure. Assistance during ill health, marriage or when someone needs to buy a house has figured among the support provided by employers.” As noted, religion and tradition have also played a role alongside this notion of patriarchy, in promoting responsibility by business toward society, especially in the form of charitable actions . On the other hand, growing competition in the market has led many top companies to pay more attention to CSR. A growing number of large companies are opting to secure certificates such as EFQM. This process not only pushes the companies toward higher efficiency, but also gives them a competitive advantage. Most importantly, Iranian companies who look to secure a foreign (especially western) joint venture partner feel the need to adopt more modern business processes and concepts and such phenomena (eg. HSE and CSR) are pre-requisites for securing working relationships with foreign partners. Furthermore, Iranian NGO’s and business associations have strengthened the process by continuously promoting CSR as an important instrument in achieving sustainable development.Consequently, there are two parallel phenomena in Iran that can be related to CSR: On one side, there is a traditional inclination towards charity activities and towards assisting own employees, while on the other side, a growing number of companies are trying to understand and adopt modern CSR concepts. While the first phenomenon has been part of the Iranian business culture, the second one seems to be an “imported” concept which needs to take root in the country . In recent years, CSR has been identified as a key concept in managing corporations. As Iran's market becomes more competitive and the economy moves towards transacting with global markets, the significance of the CSR concept will become more evident. Furthermore, by taking into account the efforts exerted by the Iranian government such as customer rights, anti-monopoly, antieconomical corruption and corporation jurisdiction legislation as well as drafting CSR standards and the competition between corporation to secure the EFQM award, the necessity of seriously considering this concept is brought into attention.

Introducing the Center:
CSR-DC is a non-governmental, non-commercial organization that promotes Corporate Social Responsibility in Iran. The Center is the first Iranian member of UN Global Compact, Board Member of Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation and member of GPN360. In recent years, CSR has been identified as a key concept in managing corporations. As Iran's market becomes more competitive and the economy moves towards transacting with global markets, the significance of the CSR concept will become more evident. The Iranian Roadmap for Businesses includes key points on: integrating CSR across business functions, respect for human rights, developing employees, preserving the environment and engaging with stakeholders. Alireza Omidvar - Founder and President Omidvar@csriran.com   Mr. Omidvar has several years of management and consultancy experience in Iran Mr. Omidvar’s past experience includes studies and analysis on a variety of industrial and commercial opportunities for foreign and domestic investors. In addition, he has held senior level positions with Iranian consultancy firms. His expertise lies in conducting investment and due diligence, business plans, feasibility studies, risk analysis, market research, and market entry strategies. He was also Senior Consultant in Atieh Bahar Consulting. His exposure as a consultant has been to risk analysis (political, economic and regulatory risks) as well as stakeholder analysis and government policy analysis for a wide range of clients. Mr. Omidvar has attended a number of training programs such as strategic planning, project management and oil trading.  Now he is Project Manager in Arzesh Afarin. He is also the author of “Government Policy Making in Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility”. Furthermore, he was the secretary of the CSR Promoting Committee of the U.N. Development Office in Iran. He is the instructor of the CSR in EFQM "and "CSR as a business strategy" courses held for the business directors. Mr. Omidvar holds an Professional Certificate in CSR from Nottingham University. Also holds BA in Political Science and MA in Public Policy both from the Tehran University.    Neda Nazmi –Secretary General neda@csriran.com   Ms. Nazmi has been involved in the delivery of major consultancy assignments in private sectors. She holds BA and MA in Political Science from Tehran University. She is also a Regional Manager of i-aim in Iran.      Maziar Ebrahimi- International Relations Deputy maziar@csriran.com Mr Ebrahimi has several years of academic and professional experience in variety fields of energy sector and non-for-profit organizations. His past experience in energy sector includes analysis of strategic bidding of generation companies in electricity markets, forward contracts pricing in electricity markets, strategic planning for local electricity companies after privatization, as well as conducting feasibility studies for financing generation companies in Iran. He has been in the founding team of an international student-run organization in Iran. Mr. Ebrahimi has also started a feasibility study in the health tourism sector in Iran. During his MBA, he has been advising several Iranian organizations in different fields of strategic and operations management

as well as control systems. His research and professional interests include electricity markets, operations strategy, and customer experience management. Mr Ebrahimi holds a BSc in electrical engineering in power systems and an MBA from Sharif University of Technology in Iran.
