                           A site inspection audit was carried out on the Principal Contractor’s
Executive Summary:
                           Construction Workplace Plan for the above Contract.

                           The audit found that the majority/some of the items required under the contract
                           have/have not been addressed. Therefore, the Construction Workplace Plan
                           and/or needs improvement/is suitable/is not suitable under the Contract.
                           Some parts of the Workplace Health & Safety Act 1995 (Reprinted as in force
                           on 23 February 2009), Workplace Health & Safety Regulation 2008 & Road
                           Construction Contract (RCC) Supplementary Conditions of Contact (March
                           2007) have been used to determine suitability under the Contract. However, it
                           is the Principal Contractor’s responsibility to produce a Construction
                           Workplace Plan in accordance with the contract, requirements of the Act and
                           subordinate legislation (General Conditions of Contract Clause 8.4 and
                           Supplementary Conditions of Contract Clause 11.7).
