        AUGUST 2011 MEETING HIGHLIGHTS

 Meeting was called to order by President Germain.
 President Gremaine wants to stress to the membership that it is very
  important for people to sign up to become an officer of the club. If all
  positions are not filled we will be forced to close the club!
 Float trip and steak dinner is next weekend August 13th. Floaters should
  meet at Parmlee at 10:30am and the steak dinner will start around
  5:00pm. Adults $10 children $5.00.
 Next month’s membership meeting will be Nominations meeting. We need
  a large turn out for this meeting.
 We are looking for donations for our Auction coming up to help support the
  Wertz Warriors. Please help if you can.
 Signup sheet for club office will be on the table at the club for anyone
  interested in running as an officer of the club. Deadline for signup is at the
  September meeting on September 10th. Voting will take place at the
  October meeting.
 Randy reviewed the by-laws and stated “YES there can be office
  nominations from the floor, But, ONLY if there is no one running for that
  particular office”. Hope that clears things up for some of you.
