Riverside Festival Artist Car Parking Instructions

							     RIVERSIDE FESTIVAL 2011
      ARTISTS INSTRUCTIONS
        @ THE BANDSTAND

PLEASE ADHERE TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Under NO circumstances must you drive through the Site. Follow the
   authorised route (PURPLE). Access is via the Stewarded access gate on
   Green Street.

2. Please drive along the hard standing cycle pathway, past the
   Showman’s Living Area on your right hand side before reaching the
   Bandstand.

3. Please drive slowly and give way at the pedestrian crossing points on
   your approach to the bandstand. When driving on site vehicles must
   have their hazard warning lights on and the driver must proceed with
   extreme caution (5mph limit).

4. Limited parking for tour vehicles is available within the back stage
   compound area. All non essential vehicles must park in the public car
   parks.

5. The emergency access roads must be kept clear at all times and no
   vehicles should be left on the Embankment unattended.

6. Please display vehicle passes clearly in the windscreen of your vehicle.

   with Show Control during the event. If you require to contact the
   office prior to the festival telephone 0115 8765583, 0115 8765587 or
   0115 8765581.

8. The Entertainment Managers Site Office (if required) is situated to the
   rear of the Monument Stage. Under no circumstances should you drive
   to this office.
